Prior to founding the locally-based company France Intense in 2003, CEO Pascal Mineau’s background was as Head Sommelier and Manager of Michelin Star restaurants. This uniquely positions us to open doors not easily accessed by others. Our offices are located in Amboise, the beating heart of the Loire Valley, right next to where Pascal also runs his own winery and bistro.
